Our team
Christodoulos has over 35 years of professional services experience with a Big 4 and five years with TGS. He has extensive experience in external & statutory audits (including integrated audits and initial public offerings of US SEC and EU-listed companies) taxation, corporate finance (primarily financial and operational due diligence and M&A), and risk advisory (including internal audit and regulatory compliance).
Grigoris has over 30 years of professional experience providing audit, consulting, and tax services to large and medium-sized companies, with activities in Banking, Industry, Trade, Construction, and Service offerings as well as in the Public Sector.
Aristotelis has over 25 years of significant experience in providing audit, financial, and operational due diligence and consulting services to shipping companies as well as to FMCG, retail, wholesale, construction, mining, oil and gas, and hoteling companies.
Manolis has over 10 years of experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit of financial statements, Compilation of accounts for financial reporting and Advisory in tax issues based on Greek GAAP, IFRSs, Greek tax and VAT legislation.
